Full-Time Hybrid Breast Radiologist | Mon-Fri Schedule | Napa County, CA

We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist at a high-performing hospital in Napa County. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining imaging standards while delivering essential care to a supportive community.

About the Role

This opportunity offers location and schedule flexibility—from 5 days a week onsite (preferred) to 3 days a week onsite with remote days.

Responsibilities

• Procedure Focus: Perform a full suite of on-site breast procedures, including:
  • Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
  • Mammographic-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
  • Ultrasound-guided breast cyst aspiration
• Clinical Leadership: Define standards and optimize workflows.
• General Diagnostic: Read mammograms and general diagnostic studies, schedule permitting.
• Medical Directorship: Opportunity available, but not required.
• Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed.

Qualifications

• Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist.
• Breast Radiology fellowship training preferred.
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in California.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (reduced schedule may be available).
• 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position.
• No call expectations.

Pay

Base pay range: $500,000 – $800,000 per year.
