Responsibilities
- Performs routine and preventive maintenance as needed for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing functioning of HVAC systems.
- Installs heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities.
- Diagnostics cause of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or system repair and/or replacement needs.
- Inspects HVAC systems and their components (E.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, boilers, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending preventative maintenance.
- Utilizes time in efficient manner, competing duties in a timely fashion.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in HVAC role in commercial setting.
- Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
