Full-Time Housekeeper

About the Role

Lead and shape the future of housekeeping services with Clany Eco, a premier national service provider. As Executive Housekeeper, you will manage and inspire housekeeping staff across various active markets, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Clany Eco, LLC. and property-specific brand standards.
• Schedule housekeeping staff in accordance with occupancy forecasts.
• Hire, train, and supervise all housekeeping and laundry staff in coordination with the General Manager.
• Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any deficiencies in rooms or public areas, and all out-of-order equipment to the maintenance department.
• Personally inspect all properties after cleaning to verify standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and adherence to Vision/Brand Standards.
• Report all discrepancies found on the night auditor’s room report.
• Report all incidents or unusual occurrences that may indicate misconduct.
• Ensure all key cards are returned to the secure designated area or front desk.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Strong communication skills for writing, telephone, and in-person meetings.
• Organized, honest, and able to work well with others; outgoing personality.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Eyesight enabling both near and far vision.
• Clear, understandable voice and basic hearing ability; must understand English.
