About the role

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is a unique veterinary practice that offers in-home hospice and euthanasia services. We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team in the Treasure Coast, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families
• Work flexible 2-5 day-per-week schedules
• Enjoy an average of 3-4 un-rushed appointments per day
• Practice medicine that fills your heart and aligns with your values

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance

Qualifications

• Experience in hospice and euthanasia care preferred
• Strong communication and empathy skills

• Ability to manage stress and maintain composure under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

• 4-day positions starting at $85,000
• 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000
