Full Time Hourly Warehouse Worker Seasonal Openings (T3032)

About the role

Warehouse Worker roles start at $24.90 per hour with a pay range of $24.90 to $27.90 per hour. Additional compensation may be earned through a shift differential ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Pay may increase with tenure in the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
• Ability to push utility carts up to 60 lbs., use carts, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Ability to work at a height of up to 40 ft. on a mezzanine (where applicable).
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
• Ability to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift), and work at heights of up to 40 ft. where applicable.
• Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
• Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer (Food Distribution Center only).
