Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Openings (T3806)

Schedule

  • Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM

Pay

  • Warehouse Associate: $22.50 – $25.75 per hour (starting at $22.50)
  • Warehouse Worker: $24.30 – $28.10 per hour (starting at $24.30)

Additional compensation may include a shift differential of $2.00 – $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Pay progression opportunities are available based on tenure.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Attend safety trainings to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
  • Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
  • Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
  • Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time.
  • Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

Requirements

For Both Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate

  • Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
  • Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
  • Accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
  • Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Must understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies, trainings, and instructions.

Warehouse Worker Only

  • Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift).
  • Work at heights of up to 40 ft where applicable.

Food Distribution Center Only

  • Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerator and freezer, for the majority of the shift.
