Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Hiring both Overnight and Weekend Shifts (T0589)

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay

• Warehouse Associate: $21.00 – $23.03 per hour
• Warehouse Worker: $23.25 – $26.11 per hour
• Additional shift differential: $2.00 – $3.50 per hour (based on eligibility)
• Opportunity for pay progression based on tenure

About the role

As a team member in Warehouse Operations, you will:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. Based on your application responses and assessment, you may be considered for either a Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Associate role.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry merchandise weighing 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) accurately
• Read labels, tickets, and other product documentation accurately
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety policies, trainings, and instructions

Requirements

Warehouse Worker only

• Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift)
• Work at heights of up to 40 ft where applicable
