Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Hiring both Overnight and Weekend Shifts (T0589)

Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics is evolving rapidly, aiming to get products to guests faster than ever. A role in a Supply Chain Facility involves supporting the swift movement of goods to ensure thousands of team members and guests benefit.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Accurately process merchandise to stores and guests.
• Handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.

Additional Job Requirements

• Warehouse Worker only: Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift), and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable.
• Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable).

Pay

Warehouse Associate roles start at $21.00 per hour with a pay range of $21.00 to $23.03 per hour. Warehouse Worker roles start at $23.25 per hour with a pay range of $23.25 to $26.11 per hour. Shift differentials may apply, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.

Schedule

Shifts available include Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00PM-6:00AM, Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00PM-2:00AM, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM.
