About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer prescribed services
- Monitor signs and symptoms
- Document nursing diagnoses
- Deliver quality nursing services
- Ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience
