Full-Time Home Service Technician (Carpenter / Craftsman)

TruBlue Serving the North State is looking for a skilled and dependable Home Service Technician to join our growing team. At TruBlue, our mission is to make life easier for busy families and seniors by providing dependable, high-quality home repair and maintenance services all under one trusted name. Responsibilities

• Take pride in delivering quality workmanship, friendly service, and honest care for every home you visit.
• Show compassion and build trust with every customer you serve.
• Perform a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
• Carpentry work
• Home safety upgrades
• Maintenance services

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of paid experience in general carpentry
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (or Canada if applicable)
• Possesses a valid driver’s license
• Able to consistently work required hours
• Physically and mentally capable of performing all duties

Qualifications

• Possesses a broad set of carpentry/maintenance/repair skills
• Ability to read and write legibly
• Possesses basic math and computer skills
• Ability to communicate with others
• Ability to perform services required by our customers
• Ability to follow TruBlue’s system policies and procedures
• Core competencies in carpentry/maintenance/repair
• Possesses own tools and knows how to use them
