What You'll Do Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homesComplete comprehensive patient assessments and reassessmentsDevelop, implement, and update individualized plans of careMonitor patient progress and identify changes in conditionCommunicate changes and concerns with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary care teamAdminister medications, treatments, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions as orderedCoordinate patient care with physicians, therapists, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionalsProvide patient and caregiver education regarding medications, disease management, safety, and home careHelp patients and families understand and achieve established care goalsComplete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationHelp patients maintain their health, safety, independence, and quality of life at home What We're Looking For Current Arizona RN license in good standingHome Health nursing experience preferredStrong assessment and clinical decision-making skillsExcellent communication and patient education skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage a field-based scheduleValid driver's licenseReliable transportation and current auto insuranceComfortable traveling throughout the Green Valley and Sahuarita service areaCompassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care Why Join Dependable Health Services?
