Responsibilities

• Crafting cutting-edge haircuts, stylish updos, and vibrant color treatments tailored to each client's preferences.
• Consulting with clients to understand their individual needs and desires, offering personalized recommendations for optimal hair care.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to provide innovative and modern services.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting work environment, ensuring that our salon reflects the professionalism of the Club.
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
• Effectively communicating and collaborating with other spa and wellness team members to provide a seamless and integrated experience for club members.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Staying updated on retail products and promoting them to clients for at-home hair care.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology license, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the craft.
• Proven experience as a Stylist, showcasing proficiency in various hair care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling connection with clients and understanding their needs.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a flair for creativity to deliver flawless results.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic salon environment, where no two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role.
