Full-Time Guest Experience Receptionist

We'll send your information directly to our HR team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Answer a multi-line phone system with confidence and exceptional phone etiquette.
• Answer customer questions and direct guests to the appropriate staff member.
• Check in customers accurately to create a smooth, seamless experience for both the guests and staff.
• Support administrative duties while maintaining an organized front desk.
• Represent Rudy Luther Toyota by treating every guest with empathy and understanding.
• Work as a team to create a positive environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
• Is friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
• Has excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Can stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
• At least one previous role in customer service or answering phones is preferred but not required.
