Full Time Grocery Merchandiser - Iron Mountain, MI

The Grocery Merchandiser will manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks, ensuring our clients' products are well-stocked and accurately represented on shelves. This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication. You will work independently within a 40-60 mile radius of Iron Mountain, MI.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Perform retail tasks including ordering products, stocking shelves, and conducting audits in grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify accurate representation of clients' products on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to store guidelines, dress code, and attendance policies.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day (up to 50 pounds).
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Comply with additional guidelines established by store teams.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
• Use mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver License.
• Proof of Automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) with service and internet for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus but not required.

Skills

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
