Full Time Grocery Merchandiser

About the role

The Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandise products to ensure they are well stocked and ordered if necessary.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores to verify product representation on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
• Ensure a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Drive to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Complete retail tasks and audits at local grocery retailers.
• Communicate with store teams throughout the day, switching between tasks like stocking, reporting, and communicating.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver License.
• Proof of Automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required).

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision.

Pay

$21 - $22 hourly, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Schedule

This position is full time, 37.5 - 40 / hours a week.
