About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our team in Oakhurst, NJ. This is a General Gastroenterology role that includes hospital duties and shared call. Monmouth Gastroenterology, in collaboration with Allied Digestive Health, offers a competitive base salary for new hires and an early partnership track. The candidate will work in one office and have the opportunity to buy into ownership and equity of the surgical center. Monmouth Gastroenterology is a 9-physician practice with 3 midlevel providers who handle sub-specialty consults, allowing you to focus on procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform general gastroenterology procedures and patient consultations
• Share call responsibilities (1:9 ratio)
• Round at two hospitals: Jersey Shore University Medical Center (Hackensack Meridian) and Monmouth Medical Center (RWJ)

Requirements

• Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in General Gastroenterology
• Active medical license
• DEA and CDS certification (assistance available if needed)
