About the Role

Are you ready to lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting our iconic brand? You will deliver a top‑notch customer experience that represents Calvin Klein’s minimalist and sensual point of view, contribute to the overall success of the store’s business, and uphold brand standards and visuals. You’ll also tackle behind‑the‑scenes work to keep the store running smoothly under the guidance of the Store Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience Leader: Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome, spark conversation that inspires sales, and build brand connection.
• Key Holder & Leader on Duty: Own opening and closing the store, drive sales performance, coach associates in real‑time, and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Brand Ambassador: Stay on top of our unique and timeless fashion, showcase the brand to customers, and win fans for life.
• Visual Expert: Process, restock, re‑merchandise, and maintain the sales floor in alignment with the brand’s vision.
• Social Influencer: Radiate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers while embracing uniqueness, inclusion, and teamwork.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior retail team‑leader and key‑holder experience.

Pay Range

$16.50–$22.00 per hour. PV H provides base‑salary ranges based on local requirements and a variety of factors such as qualifications, geographic location, and relevant skills.
