Full time Field Service Technician (Commercial Kitchens) – $18–$20/hr

What you'll actually be doing

You'll drive a company van to restaurants and commercial kitchens across Charlotte, servicing fryer oil filtration systems and helping clients run cleaner, greener kitchens. Your day is route-based — you know your stops, you manage your time, and you take pride in doing the job right. No two kitchens are exactly alike, but you'll be trained on everything.

What we pay — and how it grows

• Start (weeks 1–12): $675/week approx. $18.75/hour
• After training period eligible for a raise and monthly bonus
• 90-day milestone: $300 milestone bonus
• 180-day milestone: $300 milestone bonus
