Position Overview
Ameriwell Care is seeking a Full-Time Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual with behavioral needs in Stratford, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support with daily living skills and community activities
- Follow individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP) consistently
- Use positive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques when needed
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Accurately document behaviors, interventions, and daily progress
- Encourage independence, routine, and personal growth
- Build a strong, respectful therapeutic relationship with the individual
