Responsibilities
- Model safety and deliver exceptional service to customers
- Perform maintenance and service advising
- Serve customers and ensure high-quality service
- Complete maintenance tasks with thorough training
- Inspire team members through coaching and development
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as standing, reaching, and lifting a minimum of 25 pounds
- Comfort working near moving mechanical parts, climbing ladders, and operating electronic devices
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work flexible shifts
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
