About the role
Transform Lives as a Resident Assistant at Diamond Willow, an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Duluth-Lester Park, MN. Play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of dignity, comfort, and joy for our residents.
Primary Responsibilities
- Toileting and Bathing
- Dressing and Grooming
- Feeding Assistance
- Management of Dementia-related Behaviors
- Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
- Medication Administration and Treatments
- End-of-Life Care
Other Responsibilities Include
- Meal Preparation
- Activities
- Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

Schedule & Compensation
- Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
- Wages: Up to $21/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
