Role Overview

This position involves providing excellent customer service, supervising team members, and maintaining store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and promote friendly, outgoing service.
• Supervise and direct staff to ensure productivity and engagement.
• Problem-solve store issues promptly and communicate with management.
• Aid in merchandising, receiving products, and keeping shelves stocked (may involve lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and collaborate with the team on daily tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in supervisory management (2-3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of store operations, planning, and coordination.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Attended Food Safety training and motivated to grow professionally.
