Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Lead
Location: Washington, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning floors and surfaces
• Sanitizing high-touch areas and common spaces
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Cleaning and restocking restroom and locker room facilities
• Using cleaning equipment, including pressure washers when required
• Monitoring supply levels and communicating needs to supervisors
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Lead Cleaner Responsibilities

• Distributing supplies to team members across multiple buildings
• Conducting quality inspections of completed work
• Supporting daily site operations and team success

Work Environment

• This position is located within a heavy industrial facility
• Involved in working in a physically demanding environment
• Candidates must be comfortable working in:
• Hot temperatures
• Dusty and dirty conditions
• Active industrial settings where facility personnel may be present
• Areas requiring frequent walking, stair climbing, and prolonged standing

Safety Requirements

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and includes:
• Company-provided long-sleeve shirt
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Steel-toed shoes (employee must provide) - will reimburse $40.00 Dollars after 30 days

• Long sleeves are required at all times
• Shorts are not permitted at this worksite
• PPE must be worn while traveling through mill buildings

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Able to bend, walk, climb stairs, and remain active throughout an 8-hour shift
• Must pass a national background check
