About Faced The Facial Studio

Through its team of professional estheticians, Faced The Facial Studio provides clients with customized 30- and 50-minute facials and Hydrafacials using clean, effective product lines. A tailored and educational client approach, convenient and luxurious retail location, extended operating hours, accessible prices without add-on service fees, monthly membership options, and an easy-to-use online booking system help ensure Faced’s custom facials become part of its clients’ monthly skincare routine. Additionally, Faced offers a curated selection of skincare products to enhance clients’ at-home skincare routines. Faced has four locations: Westside Provisions District, Morningside Village, Buckhead Village, and Avenue East Cobb.

Responsibilities

• Generate repeat clients and members
• Provide safe, effective, customized, on-brand, and timely facials
• Share skincare knowledge with clients and educate them on their specific skincare type and best practices
• Create a relaxing, luxurious, and tailored customer experience
• Meet the highest sanitation standards
• Pursue ongoing education and stay current with new industry findings
• Document work and follow up with clients
• Maintain professionalism at all times

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience offering facials (more experience is a plus)
• Work experience with advanced facial massage techniques, light chemical peels, clean products, and electrical tools such as Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, LED, high frequency, and skin scrubber (preferred)
• Deep and growing knowledge of skincare and clean beauty, with the ability to communicate the basic science of skin and principles of skincare to clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Georgia State Board of Cosmetology Esthetician License
• Ability to commute to the studio

Schedule

5 days per week, including required weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). Evening availability is also required on weekdays. Estheticians arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
