This position is based at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida. The hospital is a 290-bed acute care facility that serves as a Level II Trauma Center and a regional referral center. It is part of the larger HCA Healthcare network.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions, including trauma and cardiac cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including advanced diagnostics and specialized services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education and training programs.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine from the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM).
• American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
