About the role
The role involves providing direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living activities, socialization, and health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Support with meal preparation and nutrition
- Facilitate social interactions and community outings
- Monitor and report on health and safety needs
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Passing of a criminal background check and TB test
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities

Pay
$15.00 per hour
Schedule
Shifts are typically from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability.
