Responsibilities

• Medications administration
• Patient assessments
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management
• G-Tube and feeding support
• Wound care
• Seizure monitoring
• Disease management
• Care plan implementation
• Documentation and communication with the healthcare team
• Patient and family education

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN or LPN License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Homecare experience preferred but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Hourly Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 / per hour
