About the role
At Pediatric Home Service, RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home. The position is located in Richfield, MN (55423). Shifts are scheduled on Tuesday & Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sundays, each 12 hours. The client is a 5‑year‑old with a G‑J tube. Night and weekend differentials apply: Weekday nights (Mon–Fri) +$1/hour, Weekend nights (Sat–Sun) +$2/hour, Weekend days (Sat–Sun) +$1/hour. Pediatric Home Service has been providing top‑notch one‑on‑one care since 1990, helping medically complex children live their best lives at home, school, and in the community; patients may have trachs, ventilators, or G‑tubes. The team offers specialized hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and G‑tube care—no prior experience is required—and provides 24/7 support. Pediatric experience is a plus, but a heart for helping kids and a willingness to learn are the key qualifications.

Pay
The base hourly rate ranges from $25.00 to $31.00 for LPNs and $35.00 to $41.00 for RNs, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications. Night and weekend differentials are applied as noted in the role description.
Schedule
Shifts are 12‑hour blocks on Tuesday & Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. You can choose the shifts that work best for you, with additional night‑ and weekend‑pay bonuses as described.
