About the role

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time LPN for a 12-hour day shift rotation at Tuscaloosa County Jail in Alabama. The position offers a 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM schedule every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
• Respond to both routine and urgent medical needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow established clinical protocols and standards

Qualifications

- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Alabama - Experience in a correctional facility setting preferred - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
