Our Cleaners are known for their integrity, punctuality, and reliability, whether working independently or in a team.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Landscape maintenance
- Periodically clearing the main deck and stairwells
- Water meter reading
Minimum Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and random drug testing if hired
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Flexible and adaptable to changes
- A collaborative team player

- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently and with others
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new techniques
- Reliable with excellent punctuality
