About the Role
Join Pediatric Home Service as a Home Health Nurse / Private Duty Nurse providing 1:1 pediatric home health care. You will help children with complex medical needs grow and thrive safely at home, delivering personalized, hands‑on nursing care.
Location & Schedule
Prairie Hill, TX 76678
- Day Hours: Thursday – Sunday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Night Hours: All week, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Client Specifics
13‑year‑old patient with G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in‑home nursing care for a pediatric client with complex medical equipment.
- Administer and monitor ventilator, tracheostomy, and G‑tube care.
- Coordinate with family and healthcare team to ensure safe, continuous care.
- Document care activities and patient progress accurately.
- Educate family members on equipment use and emergency procedures.
Training & Support
Specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and G‑tube care is provided—no prior experience required. You’ll receive 24/7 support from a dedicated team, ensuring you never feel alone while delivering high‑quality care.
