• Position 1: Cape Girardeau, MO (63701) — Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (nurse attends school with patient on Monday & Wednesday) — Patient: 11‑year‑old with a G‑tube
• Position 2: Dexter, MO (63841) — Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time nights, flexible — Patient: Infant with a G‑tube and tracheostomy
• Position 3: Frohna, MO (63748) — Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday overnights 10 p.m.–8 a.m. — Patient: 8‑year‑old with a G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator
