Full Time Day and Night PDN Nurse for Infant in Aubrey

Location: Aubrey, TX

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

Shifts: Days, Nights, and Weekends (7a–7p & 7p–7a)

Patient Population: Infant with G-tube, Trach, & Vent

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor your patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Qualifications

• No pediatric home care experience required — build confidence through hands-on education, patient-specific training, simulation-based learning where available, and 24/7 clinical support
