Full-Time Data Science Associate

About the role

The Senior Associate will perform advanced statistical, economic, and financial analyses on critical issues for diverse clients across sectors. They will develop and apply complex algorithms, enhance mathematical models, manipulate large datasets, and create insightful reports and presentations accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role emphasizes integrity, professionalism, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on economic, regulatory, and policy matters, supporting client decision‑making.
• Design and implement computational tools and models to simulate impacts of policies or business choices.
• Handle large data sets, applying innovative problem‑solving techniques.
• Develop clear narratives and professional reports, translating complex findings for varied audiences.
• Compose technical and non‑technical documentation based on research and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of experience in quantitative analysis projects.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, applied mathematics, or computer science; coursework in data science or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as STATA, SAS, Python, SQL, or R.
• Experience managing large datasets, financial and statistical analysis, and economic modeling.
• Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and LLM‑based solutions.
• Strong creative thinking, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
