The Opportunity
Premier Therapy is hiring a Full Time COTA - Pataskala, OH to help residents improve independence and quality of life through personalized, hands-on occupational therapy. In this role, you'll carry out treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the OT and care team to support safe, meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled interventions
- Track resident response
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Current COTA licensure/credentialing as required in Ohio
- Ability to follow an OT plan of care and provide resident-centered treatment
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
