This role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and a customer-service mindset to maintain a safe and secure corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a visible security presence throughout the propertyMonitor building access control systems and verify credentialsConduct routine interior and exterior patrolsRespond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergenciesComplete accurate daily activity and incident reportsProvide assistance and direction to tenants, employees, and visitorsEnforce property policies and proceduresQualifications:Valid NYS Security Guard License requiredPrior corporate or commercial security experience requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsReliable transportationPrior customer service experienceIdeal Candidate:The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, and comfortable working in a corporate setting.
