About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term skilled care facility.
Responsibilities
- assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and repositioning
- recording vital signs
- supporting psychosocial needs
- aiding with meals and snacks
- ensuring a clean, safe environment through housekeeping and laundry tasks
- collaborating with nursing staff, documenting resident interactions, communicating changes in condition, and supporting wellness and recreational programs
Qualifications
- Must have a valid CNA certification or be in the process of obtaining one within four months
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum age of 16
- prior long-term care experience is a plus
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Skills
- knowledge of infection control, proper transfer techniques, and documentation
- completion of annual competency testing and continuing education credits
- may require valid driver’s license and ability to perform driving duties if applicable

Schedule
