Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (AM)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will support residents with dignity, empathy, and purpose, blending clinical care with heartfelt connection to enhance the lives of those living with memory impairments.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
• Support residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and dining.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the Silverado team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• CNA training completed with a valid CNA certificate number required.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lb.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Pay

Anticipated pay range: $23 USD – $26 USD.

Schedule

Full‑time, AM shift, variable days.
