Full-Time Certified Caregiver - Home Care

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on care and assist residents with their care and ADLs.
• Be a companion and keep residents active while encouraging and respecting their independence.
• Ambulation and transfer assistance.
• Toileting, bathing, and grooming assistance.
• Wake up services and dressing assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Organizational help.
• Ambulation support (pushing a wheel chair or accompanying for balance).
• Errands (grocery and household goods shopping, etc.).
• Companionship.
• Schedule and medication reminders.
• Maintain service plan tracking of all services performed.
• Inform Supervisor of any changing conditions that affect the resident’s ability to function independently.
