Full-Time Cashier & Front End Team

About the role

Immediate openings are available for Full-time Cashier and Front End Team positions at Menards. These roles are part of the Front End Team, which plays important roles in the Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Cashier: Provide a fun, fast, and friendly Customer Service at the register and service desk.
• Courtesy Patrol: Assist Customers with loading their purchases, keep the parking lot clean and clear, and assist at the register when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay

• $15.00 per hour for regular hours.
