Full-Time Carpet Cleaning Assistant (AM Shift)

Essential Job Functions

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Driving company van
• Cleaning and disinfecting equipment
• Using truck mounted and portable carpet extraction equipment
• Using cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Collecting payment from residents
• Identifying and reporting possible repairs
• Adhering to on-call policy
• Paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Skills

• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Professionalism
• Knowledgeable about carpet cleaning procedures
• Custodial experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements

• Available shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - completion of jobs (hours vary based on workload)
• On-Call 2 weeks per month for emergency calls

Benefits

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
