This role focuses on performing general home repairs and maintenance tasks, supporting home safety and accessibility for seniors and individuals with disabilities, and delivering reliable and respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism
• Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place and those with developmental disabilities
• Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals
• Apply skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, basic plumbing and electrical
• Represent TruBlue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service professional

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid residential repairs, remodels or carpentry experience
• Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
• Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Steady, year-round work with consistent hours
• Flexible scheduling and strong office support
• Company vehicle and gear provided (varies by location)
