Home Instead is hiring dependable, warm-hearted individuals to support older adults in the South Puget Sound region. This role allows you to make a positive impact on those who are vulnerable or isolated, or find a meaningful role later in life.

Responsibilities

• Support older adults with companionship and social engagement
• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• Remind about medication schedules
• Perform light household tasks
• Provide transportation to appointments or errands
• Offer personal care support
• Offer specialized assistance for conditions like dementia or hospice care

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Residency in Thurston, Lewis, Mason, or Grays Harbor Counties
