About the role
We’re hiring Caregivers—compassionate team members who provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day. Be a difference-maker with a memory care leader!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets

Pay
Anticipated pay range: $17 USD - $18 USD
Schedule
Full Time, AM shift, 4 days on / 2 days off, 6:00am - 2:30pm
