FULL-TIME Caregiver / $1000 Sign On Bonus

Job Summary

We're thrilled to announce an opening for an FT caregiver in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. This position offers immediate start and includes FT hours, multiple 2- and 3-hour shifts, and a mandatory weekend requirement of 1 weekend a month.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the care of our geriatric population
• Work with a smaller number of clients to control your own schedule and travel time
• Maintain one-on-one connections with clients and provide exceptional care
• Avoid and support clients with higher acuity needs, including transfers, feeding assistance, meal preparation, monitoring changes in condition, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and running errands

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test
