Responsibilities
- Embodiment of our culture of outstanding hospitality
- Helping clients navigate our latest tools
- Empowering clients to reach their financial goals
- Executing high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Mentoring clients in digital tools and banking solutions
- Greeting customers and ensuring no one feels like just a "number"
- Educating clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
- Identifying and addressing personal or business goals
- Maintaining a "compliance-first" mindset
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
- Proficient in G-Suite

Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
- Ashburn, VA: $48,048 - $48,048 for Branch Ambassador

Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change.
