Responsibilities
- Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high‑volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy while maintaining a compliance‑first mindset for security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
- Digital Concierge: Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance convenience and security.
- First‑Line Consultant: Actively listen to uncover personal or business goals and match customers with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
- Hospitality Lead: Greet customers, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and balance high‑volume efficiency with community‑focused warmth.
- Support surrounding branches within a 50‑mile radius and occasionally assist other locations in the broader region.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and business‑driven adjustments.
- Lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer‑service experience.
- At least 6 months of cash‑handling experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Natural hospitality instincts and a passion for making people feel welcome.
- Tech fluency and enthusiasm for teaching digital tools.
- Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to clear procedures.
- Adaptability to a fluid workspace and shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree.
- 2 + years of retail or customer‑facing experience.
- Proficiency with G‑Suite.

Pay
Mattituck, NY: $51,542 – $54,600 annual base salary. Candidates hired in other locations will receive the pay range associated with that location.
Schedule
Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends; hours and days are subject to change based on business needs. Applicants must attend required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift.
