Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: Educate clients on leveraging mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, enhancing their convenience and security.
• The First-Line Consultant: Identify and address clients’ personal or business goals, pairing them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: Move fluidly throughout the space, greeting customers and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and heard.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Schedule

Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, with hours and days subject to change.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

• Alexandria, LA: $43,680 - $43,680 for Branch Ambassador

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
