Full-time Before and After School Site Director- Fremont, CA

Location: Rancho

Pay: $26 per hour

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• No weekends

About the role

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day. The Site Director role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Completed degree (education or childcare-related field preferred)
• Experience supervising others
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation
• Oversee and facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
