Full time Baking crew for new store opening! Hourly plus tips!

Responsibilities

• General customer service.
• Run front of house as a team, or individually.
• Operate a cash register and assist in food prep (bagels and cream cheese).
• Perform inventory counts.
• Assist bakers as needed.
• Clean and disinfect work area; set-up and break-down work station; and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Prep and bake bagels.
• Mix dough in a timely manner using correct procedures.
• Ensure raw dough rotation and shelf life.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced bakery setting focusing on baking bagels and serving smiles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly under pressure.
• Strong understanding of customer service and ability to provide excellent service.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.
